Mr. Ben Franklin Scott, Jr., age 77, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at his home. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, he moved to Georgia in the 60's and was a 1966 graduate of Forest Park High School.

Ben was a devoted husband to Karen Scott and father to sons Steven, Frankie, and Harry Scott. He was a loyal employee at a job he loved with Nextran Truck Center in Kennesaw since September 2001. He will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to his family and job.

Ben is preceded in death by his parents, Monda and Ben, Sr. and two brothers, Joe Scott and John Scott.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Karen Cable Scott, sons, Steven (Kari) Scott, Ben "Frankie" Scott, III, Harrison "Harry" Scott, sister Charlotte (Ron) Smith, and many family and friends.

Visitation will be on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 1-2 pm, with the service following from 2-2:30 pm at Marietta Funeral Home, 915 Piedmont Road, Marietta, Georgia 30066, (770) 422-1234.
