Charles "Chuck" Damon O'Bryan, aged 85, peacefully passed away in his sleep on July 4th, 2024. He was born on March 12th, 1939, in Altha, Florida. Chuck was a beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

He is survived by his wife of sixty years, Danielle, and his five children: Charles O'Bryan Jr. and his wife Rise, Sheila O'Bryan Thomas, Kevin O'Bryan and his wife Dietra, Kami O'Bryan Seagraves and her husband Jimmy, and Kyle O'Bryan and his wife Marsha. Chuck also leaves behind twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is survived by his sister, Mary-Lou, and his brothers, Bobby and Don. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Charlie and Estelle and his sister Jeanette.

Chuck dedicated his life to his wife and family. Starting with Chuck's service in the Army and then moving into construction in 1965, he clearly demonstrated a strong work ethic and determination. Becoming the top superintendent at Beers Construction was a significant accomplishment and speaks to Chuck's skill and dedication in his field. He leaves behind a legacy of many buildings, such as The High Museum of Art, Bobby Dodd Stadium, and The Bank of America Building, which illuminate the Atlanta skyline so brightly.

His twenty years of retirement brought him many joys, such as RV travels, lake days, camping by the beach, and spending time with his grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and visitors on Sunday, July 7, 2024 from 3:00pm - 6:00pm at Marietta Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Monday, July 8, 2024 at 3:00pm at Marietta Funeral Home. Mr. O'Bryan will be laid to rest at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens.
