Darryl G. Dye, 58, of Ranger, Georgia, passed away February 16, 2021. He was born November 4, 1962, at Georgia Baptist Hospital in Atlanta Georgia, to Sammy and Judy Dye. On March 4, 1988, he married Belinda Rae Dean. He served in the United States Airforce as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician for 4 years, and retired from the Georgia Air National Guard after 22 years. He dedicated his life to working in the Power Generation Field, much of this time spent in areas declared national disasters. He spent his whole life helping others in any way he could. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Belinda, and their children Katherine and Matthew Dye; parents, Sammy and Judy Dye; grandson, Sawyer Dye; and sister Dana Weathington and family; as well as a very large extended family. A service to be held on Saturday, March 6th at 2pm, visitation from 12pm to 2pm, at Marietta Funeral Home. To be interred at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
