David Perry Caudell, 75, of Marietta, GA died unexpectedly on May 16, 2020. He was born December 15, 1944 in Cornelia, GA. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Linda J Caudell and son Daniel Ryan Caudell. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille and Talmadge Caudell. David was an Army Veteran who served during the Vietnam War, and later an aeronautical engineer for Lockheed/Martin. He was the creator of an Appalachian style clogging group known as The Clogging Machine . In his later years, David was a committed usher for The Atlanta Braves. For over 20 years, he attended to the needs of Braves fans while enriching their ballpark experience; a job for which he had an unending loyalty and enjoyment. His passing has left a void that cannot be filled. To those that knew him, he was an instant friend; loyal and kind.
