Jacqueline Denise Fortner, 48, of Acworth passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 28 ^th at 3:00PM in the chapel of Marietta Funeral Home 915 Piedmont Rd., Marietta, GA  30066. Ms. Price formerly of Marietta, GA is survived by her sister, Debbie Ham of Acworth; nephew, Jacob Ham; niece, Jessica Warren; great-nephews; many cousins, are also survived.
