Edward Patrick Hogeboom on Sept 27, 2021, returned home to be with his Lord, after a short battle with Leukemia. He passed away in Marietta, GA. after recently moving from his beloved Destin, FL, which he considered to be his Home. He proudly served in Vietnam as a Scout Pilot with Charlie Troop 1/9 Air Cav.  He is survived by his wife Velinda, daughter Heather (Lenny), son Josh (Kelly) and son Scott (Angie). He is also survived by his Grandchildren Alex Fontes, Alison Fontes, Torey Lane, Emily Hogeboom, Daniel Hogeboom, Megan Hogeboom, Makayla Esquivel (Diego), Kayla Hogeboom and Emery Hogeboom. Also survived by one Great-Granddaughter Ollie Esquivel.

The graveside services will be conducted Oct. 7, 2021, at Barrancas National Cemetery located on the U.S. Naval Base in Pensacola, FL.  The graveside services will begin at 10:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that remembrances be made in honor of Edward P. Hogeboom to Pat Bieneman at 703 Medina Way, Sun City Center, Fl 33574 for the "Charlie Troop Trooper Fund".
