Harland "Harley" Munson, 84, of Acworth, Georgia passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2023. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 17 at 12:00pm in the chapel of Marietta Funeral Home.

Mr. Munson was one of the most active and hardest working men there has been.  After serving his country in the United States Army, Mr. Munson got into construction where his work ethic and skill quickly put him in a management position.  Everyone on his job sites loved working for him because he held everyone to the same standard. Even in his retirement nothing slowed him down. He took care of everything around the house. At the age of 84 he was still known to climb on the roof to check for issues.

Preceded in death by; his son-in-law, Robby Keesee; great-grand-daughter, Charlotte Rose Wiser.  Survived by; his wife of 62 years, Joanne Munson; daughters, Lisa Keesee, Amy (Dave) Frimodig; grandkids, Megan (David) Martin, Brooke Pierce, Lindsay (Bobby) Wisor, Derek (Cortney) Frimodig; 9 great-grandkids and several nieces and nephews.
