Jackson "Jack" Gero, 17 passed away peacefully in his sleep at home in Marietta, GA.

Jack is survived by his father Scott Gero, his mother Lori Gero, his brother and sister Tommy and Annie Gero, as well as his grandparents Bernard and Theresa Gero of Syracuse NY, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and loved ones.

Jack is preceded by his grandparents Joe and Joyce Schmidt of New York Mills, NY.

Jack was a Senior at Walton High School and faithful parishioner of St. Ann Catholic Church. He was a lover of all sports and an avid fan of Tottenham Hot Spurs. Clever, easy-going, genuine, and joyful, Jack touched the hearts of many.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 11 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Marietta Funeral Home. A funeral mass for Jack will be held at St. Ann's Catholic Church on Thursday, September 12 at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Honey Creek Woodlands.
