James Randal (Randy) Bettis, 65, of Franklin, Georgia, passed away on January 17, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Robert Bettis, his mother, Fannie Louise Clackum Bettis, and his brother, Robert Keith Bettis. He is survived by his sister, Marcia (Edward) Kiely, of Temple, and a number of cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held at Cochran Ridge Baptist Church on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 1:00pm. The family will receive friends and visitors for one hour prior to the service.
