James "Jim" Etheridge, 64, of Acworth, Georgia, passed away on September 2, 2022. A funeral service will be held on Thursday September 8, 2022, at 2:30 PM, at Georgia National Cemetery.

Jim was a dedicated member of Cedar Crest Church in Acworth. He was also an avid Braves fan and season ticket holder. He loved his family dearly, especially his grand daughter and his two German shepherds. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

James is survived by his daughter, Crystal Etheridge; spouse, Diane Etheridge; sister, Karen Purdy; brother, William Etheridge; and one grand daughter.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Gus Etheridge, and Ruth Etheridge
