Mrs. Phillips was born in Greenock, Scotland on January 29, 1928 to the late Margaret and George Kerr. Jean moved to the USA, where she worked at Chemical Bank. She was a loving wife of 65 years to the late Geoffrey A. Phillips and a loving mother of their son, G. Graham Phillips.
A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
