Jeffery Lynn Crotts, 81, of Marietta Georgia passed away on December 13, 2023 with his daughter, Ellie Procious and longtime lady friend Esi Toscano by his side. He was born on March 6, 1942 in Winston-Salem, NC to the late John Roy Crotts Sr. and Mary DeEtte Crotts.  He was a true southern gentleman with a strong conviction of family and of the ones he loved.  Jeffrey served as a Ranger in the United States Army and fought in the Vietnam War as a helicopter mechanic.  With his love for country and planes, he was lead to attend Piedmont Aerospace Institute followed by a career at Lockheed Martin, Marietta, GA and retired as a Flight Line Supervisor.  Jeffrey was an avid donor to the "Wounded Warrior Project" and also was a man of strong faith and an active member of Sandy Plains Baptist Church.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Crotts, wife, Sandra Marlene Crotts; sister, Jackie Goins; and brothers, Jimmie Crotts and Johnny Crotts.  He is survived by his sister, Janet Pruitt; daughters, Ellen Crotts, Ilona (Ellie) Procious; grandson, Justin Hill and Cody Benge; great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A visitation is scheduled at Marietta Funeral Home at 915 Piedmont Road, Sunday, December 17, 2023 from 5pm to 7pm.

Jeffrey will be carried to Hayworth Miller Funeral Home in Lewisville, NC where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 2:00PM.  The family will receive friends and visitors for one hour prior to the service.  In addition to, or in place of flowers, you may make donations to the Wounded Warrior Project in remembrance to Jeffrey Crotts.
