Judith Elaine (Cooper) Franke

Judy joined Jesus her Lord in eternity on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

The family will hold Visitation & a Memorial in Judy's honor on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Marietta Funeral Home, 195 Piedmont Rd, Marietta, GA.  Visitation will be from 2 - 4 and a Memorial will be held in the Chapel at Marietta Funeral Home at 4:00 pm.

Judy met her husband of 64 years while working for the Albert Pick Hotel Chain in Topeka, KS.
Don was a member of the United States Air Force and serving at Forbes Air Force Base.   Upon Don's discharge, they moved to Louisville, KY in 1962.  In 1965 they moved to Georgia where Judy was introduced to real Southern living.

Judy served faithfully @ Eastwood Baptist Church in the First Impression Ministry.  She also served as Joy Club Director along with Don for 15 years.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents (Gordon & Ruby Cooper) and her sister Janet (Gary) Diegel

Judy is survived by her husband (Don) who was the Love of her Life; three sons Terry Wayne (Debbie); Richard Leigh (Susana); Donald William (Tammie); and her Grandchildren: Jessica; Katrina (Cody) Ally; Melinda; Jake.

Marietta Funeral Home has been gracious in the service to the family.
