Mrs. Kathrine Lorane Welch, 86, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away on August 31, 2022. She was born on May 19, 1936 to Hubert and Gladys Coffey in Marietta, Georgia.

Preceding Kathrine in death are her husband, William "Bill" Joseph Welch Sr., and her daughter, Sharon Welch. Survivors include her sons; William Welch Jr., Ronald Iden, and Michael Iden, daughers; Deborah Gribbin, Jerri Lynn King, as well as 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors on Friday, September 2, 2022 at Marietta Funeral Home from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. The funeral service for Mrs. Welch will be 10:00AM, Saturday, September 3, 2022 in the chapel at Marietta Funeral Home. The burial will take place immediately after the service at Kennesaw Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kathrine's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
