Keith Allan Harp, 87, passed away on March 22, 2024, at his home in midtown Atlanta.

Keith and his twin brother, Kelvin, were born in Indianapolis, Indiana. His family moved to Florida in the early 1950's, where Keith attended St. Petersburg High School and graduated in 1955. Keith continued his education at Florida State University and Auburn University, where he studied mathematics and obtained a master's degree. He worked as a mathematics professor at colleges in Georgia and Wisconsin. Later in his working career, his interests moved to banking and accounting. He moved to Atlanta in 1970, where he was employed by Fulton County tax Offices. Keith acquired an interest in real estate, and he became the owner/ manager of various apartment buildings in mid-town Atlanta.

Keith was preceded in death by his brother, Kelvin Harp (1986), and his parents, Milton and Alta Harp. Keith is survived by his brother; Thomas Harp Sr, sister-in-law; Bonnie Harp, nieces; Carrie Lamb and Marcy Herr, nephew; Thomas Harp Jr, 3 great-nieces, and 2 great-nephews.

A celebration of Keith's life will be held on Friday, September 13, 2024 at 7:00pm at Marietta Funeral Home. Keith will be interred in a family burial plot in Greenwood, Indiana.
