On Sunday February 3rd, 2019, Khampha Rasavongseuk, loving husband, father of 3 and grandfather of 5, passed away at the age of 63. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, February 9th in the chapel of Marietta Funeral Home.
Khampha was born March 10, 1955 in Laos to Bua and Chom Rasavongseuk. On June 26, 1980 Khampha and his wife, Kham, moved to the United States.
Khampha and his wife raised three daughters, Susan, Lynda and Diana. Khampha was a proud grandfather of Natalie, Aaron, Allison, Madelynn, and Colin.
Khampha worked as a hibachi and sushi chef at Japanese restaurants, where he greatly enjoyed entertaining his guests.
Khampha loved to make people laugh. He enjoyed cooking for and entertaining friends and family. He is known for his generosity and sense of humor. His favorite hobbies were golfing, fishing, and a knack for storytelling.
Khampha was preceded in death by his father, Bua. He is survived by his mother, Chom, his wife Kham, his three daughters, five grandchildren and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
