Larry Lee Benson, 78, of Marietta, Georgia passed away the morning of January 6, 2022.

Larry was an accountant with Georgia Power for 43 years before retiring.

He is preceded in death by his parents Warren Augustus Benson and Jewel Turley, as well as his step-father, Otto Turley. Larry is survived by his wonderful wife of 58 years, Brenda Benson. As well as his daughters; Kimberly (Darryl) Thomas and Kandy (Scott) Haralson. His three brothers; Warren Benson, Timothy (Shirley) Benson, Dennis Dale Turley, and grandchildren; Chelsea Thomas, Brandon Haralson, and Ashley Haralson. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 2:00-5:00 pm at Marietta Funeral Home.
