Laura Hollis, 88 of Marietta, passed away June 29, 2025. Laura was a homemaker and lived most of life in cobb county. Laura loved gardening, decorating and shopping. Proceed in death by her mother- Lucille Brown; father- John Brown; 5 brothers and sisters; son Ricky Chastain and grandson Dustin Chastain. Survived by husband- William (Bill) Hollis; sister- Lana Dobbson; children -Debra Johnson & husband Phil Johnson; Mike Chastain & wife Cindy Chastain; Sherry Chastain; Bobby Chastain; Macholm Bishop & wife Tina Bishop; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and several loving nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held 12:00pm on Thursday, July 3rd with the Dr. Richard Holden officiating.  Burial will be following in the Rolling Hills Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00pm.
