Louise E. Poole died December 29, 2020. A graveside service will be held Sunday, January 3, 2021 at 2:30pm at Sandy Plains Baptist Church Cemetery, 2825 Sandy Plains Road, Marietta, GA  30066.

Mrs. Poole was a charter member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher for several years. She was a very accomplished Real Estate Agent and retired in 2014. Throughout her career in Real Estate, she worked for Century 21, Atlanta Communities and Re/Max Realty Group. She was also a member of the National Secretaries Association of Atlanta where she once served as the chapter President. In addition, she was a member of the American Business Women's Association and served as President two times. Mrs. Poole was also a member of the President's Council Atlanta Area and the Atlanta Business Women's Association where she was crowned "Women of the Year" in the 1980's.

Mrs. Poole is preceded in death by her husband, Jean Preston Poole and her daughter, Pamela Jean Poole. She is survived by brothers, Clinton Ellison and Sam Ellison; sisters, Glenda Ellison, Sandra Cawthorn, and Mary Layfield. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
