Micheal James Gilmore "Jim", 82, passed away Saturday, October 5th, 2024.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Jim was the only child of Joseph and Helen Gilmore. Those who knew Jim knew him for his sense of humor and love of baseball. He also loved dancing, and did so right up until his body no longer allowed it.

He is survived by his sons, Sean Gilmore, and Brian Gilmore (Nena); 2 grandsons, Tucker, and Brody; and his loving companion of many years, Linda Ingle; and his best buddy, Obie, the bearded collie. He is preceded in death by Joan Gilmore, his wife of 43 years.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, October 14th, 2024 from 11am-1pm at Marietta Funeral Home.
