Robert V. Chambers, 84, of Marietta, passed away peacefully on New Year's Eve, Thursday, December 31, 2020.  Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 12:30PM in the chapel of Marietta Funeral Home with Marty Young officiating. Mr. Chambers was a U.S. Army Veteran who proudly served his country. He retired as a business owner in the fluid power industry.  A member of his home church, Johnson Ferry Baptist Church where he loved being involved in and supporting missions.

Mr. Chambers is survived by his son, Robert V.  Chambers, Jr. of Acworth; daughter, Dawn Hood of Acworth; sister, Virginia Chambers Uncapher of Hiram; grandchildren, Alexander Charles DiCaro, Rachel Elizabeth Hood and Stephen Clay Hood; many other extended family also survive.

The family will receive friends from 12Noon–12:30pm on Tuesday, January 12th at Marietta Funeral Home.
