Stephen David Silk, 71, of Marietta, passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2021. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, April 1 at Unity North Atlanta Church.

Mr. Silk grew up in Skokie, IL and moved to Marietta in 1990.  He loved to cook and had a very eclectic taste in music.  He is survived by his wife, Laurie Silk; son, Randall (Summer) Silk; daughter, Stephanie (Lonnie Bostic) Silk; grandchildren, Reagan and Ellah Silk, and Violet and Desmond Bostic; sisters, Margaret (James) Hartman, Karen (Joel Sterkin) Silk, and Elizabeth Silk; niece, Angela Hartman; and nephew, Isaac Milne.

After the service on Thursday, the family would like to invite guests to a reception at 4355 Summit View, Marietta, GA 30066.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to either the MDS Foundation or the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.mariettafuenralhome.org
